Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced MERN Stack Developer to design, develop, and optimize web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with a deep understanding of modern web development practices, cloud integration, and API development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Front-End Development: Build dynamic and responsive UI components using React.js, Redux, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Back-End Development: Develop RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and microservices using Node.js and Express.js.
• Database Management: Design and optimize NoSQL databases (MongoDB), ensuring data security and performance.
• Cloud & Deployment: Deploy, scale, and manage applications on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Integration & APIs: Develop and integrate third-party APIs, including payment gateways, authentication, and external services.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.
• Version Control & CI/CD: Use Git for version control and set up CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment.
• Collaboration: Work with designers, AI/ML engineers, and product managers to develop high-quality applications.
• Code Quality & Documentation: Write clean, maintainable code and document technical workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Front-End Technologies: Strong experience with React.js, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and Tailwind CSS.
• Back-End Technologies: Expertise in Node.js, Express.js, and RESTful API development.
• Database: Proficiency in MongoDB (Mongoose, Aggregation, Replication, Indexing).
• Authentication & Security: Experience with JWT, OAuth, and role-based access control.
• Testing: Knowledge of Jest, Mocha, or Cypress for unit and integration testing.
• DevOps & Deployment: Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Cloud Services: Familiarity with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS) or Firebase.
• State Management: Experience with Redux, Context API, or React Query.
• Problem-Solving & Debugging: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and optimize applications.
• Soft Skills: Ability to work in a team, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with GraphQL for API development.
• Knowledge of TypeScript for better code structuring.
• Familiarity with WebSockets for real-time applications.
• Experience with Serverless Architecture and Edge Computing.
• Contributions to open-source MERN projects.
